Yes, all Villas have call buttons installed which allow residents to page for assistance in an emergency. These are monitored offsite 24 hours a day, seven days a week by a third-party company who will assist the Resident by contacting the appropriate emergency service or village staff.

The temporary Facilities Building offers dining and kitchen facilities, a lounge area with television and pool table, meeting room, gymnasium, outdoor spa pool, craft and activities room, outdoor entertainment area with BBQ, library and a workshop area where residents can use their own tools. Further amenities will be added with the completion of the permanent Community Facility which is expected to be in early 2026.

You will have a Weekly Fee which is your contribution to the cost of running the Village. Yes, the annual financial reports are available to all residents and prepared for us following the Retirement Villages Act. We also prepare a Forecast Statement at the beginning of each financial year and this will be available to residents within three months of the start of each financial year.

You may speak with the Village Manager at any time. You can also speak with the Village Residents Committee who can take the issue to the Manager on your behalf. Anchorage Trustee Services Limited and the Retirement Villages Association are also available to residents and will assist with any problems not able to be remedied by Village Management.
